The Mihut Method
From Stanislavski to Strasberg…to you, this workshop focuses on the artist’s personal journey. The artist’s instrument refers to the whole self, body and mind and all of the five senses, complete with emotions, thoughts, imagination, sensitivity, honesty, passion and awareness. Method Acting as learned and practice by me personally (as a member of the Actors Studio) has proven to work in the many different classes, workshops and privately I have taught in the United States and internationally. I have conducted these workshops, working with not only actors but with writers and directors in groups, on movie sets, in classrooms or one on one in preparation for auditions. Every time the result was beyond successful. This technique understood and taught in the proper way will benefit all involved. It will give you tools to use in all different circumstances theater or film. You will have at your disposal the ability to know how to reach into your own unique creativity and bring out what is required no matter of the situation. You will always have a foundation to rely on and work from for each project. It is a dependable technique that used and practiced it will surprise you the artist and therefore the audience, each and every time. It will become a second nature to your process in developing and enriching you as the creator.
