Esther André Gonzalez, Mexico 2021

  

She was born in Mexico City in 1961.
University of Theater: Escuela Nacional de Teatro de Bellas Artes, Mexico city.
In France she studies Theater at the International School of Theater Jacques Lecoq, at the
National Superior Conservatoire National Supérieur  d´Art Dramatique - with Michel Bouquet and Mario Gonzalez. 
She studies Theater also at the Nouvelle Sorbonne – with Georges Banu, Odette Aslan and Patrice Pavis.
She worked 6 years in the French Theater Company Théatre du Soleil with Ariane Mnouchkine.
She is an actress and teaches Theater in France, Germany, Greece and Mexico since 1980.
She is Theater Director of more than 40 Plays.
She learned also the Traditionals Theater´s Method: Primitive Dance and movement Technics with Hernz Duplan, Theater Dance Khatakalli with the teachers Balakrishnam and Karuna Karan.
Musical Theater with Oscar Sisto. With other Greek artists, she foundered the Theater Company FrEak Lab in Athens.

 
Physical theatre and the expression of feelings.

 
Throughout the workshop we would be exploring the four basic feelings: Happiness, Sadness, Anger and Fear, their behavior, rhythm, how they become a body language in the space, and, finally, how the body posture transforms our experience of life.
 
Participants should come with comfortable clothes and should bring a poem or a song
