Gravity  and Grace

This workshop will be an occasion to investigate and to explore the body as “material entity” an “areal space” that can embrace in itself the different states of matter.
Through an intensive physical training based on physical theatre exercises and corporeal mime technique, with training sessions  indoor and outdoor, we will broaden and deepen the awareness of our perception; the perception related to our body, the perception related to the external space, to the partners and to inanimate objects. We will increase our ability to be present on the stage and our receptiveness  to sense and to interact with the space and with the partners, developing also our creative imagination as well as our power of concentration and our physical and mental resistance.
At the end of each training session all the participants will create together a physical theater improvisation.
Dear colleagues, the only important recommendation is to wear comfortable clothes.
