Building identities and characters through breath, voice and Laban efforts.
An actor's craft is not exclusively an art of breathing, but breathing is the basic action that supports the voice and the acting process.
The workshop will explore breathing exercises, as a way of discovering the character through the physicality of breath and voice.
The exploration will culminate with embodying Laban’s efforts and using them to generate new insights about a character and text.
